Armina cygnea (Bergh. 1876)

The body is long and broad with numerous white and black longitudinal lines extending from the oral veil down the body. In some instances the oral veil may be black or have a continuation of the longitudinal lines. The edge of the oral veil is yellow. The foot can be seen below the mantle and can be yellow or pink. Rhinophores are short and close together with black pigment on pink or yellow.

A nocturnal species that burrow into the sand coming out at night to feed on sea pens
